Burning XviD to DVD-R problem [Archive]

I have a 720p XviD file that I am trying to burn to DVD-R. The file size is 4.23 GB, but when I burn this in Nero (DVD-Rom ISO) it only appears on the disc as 236mb! The burn completes properly and the disc info still reports the 4.23 GB being used on the disc. As another test I also tried to burn it in Toast on OSX. The file burns and works perfectly on the mac this time, but trying it on PC only reports it as a 2GB file.

Has anyone had this problem before?

You need to burn as UDF. Nero should have given you a warning when you added a file > 2GB's.
