Raiders of Lost Ark - warning- where is it?

At the end of the Raiders of the Lost Ark DVD, (after the closing credits, Chapter 31), there is a warning notice that comes up for 4 secs or so. I can not find it using PgcEdit. Does anyone have any idea where this cell (or whatever it is ) is and how I can remove it?

I don't have that DVD, but if I had to find the warning, I'd look either at the very end of the movie PGC (couple last cells), or I'll look where the navigation goes after that. If that failed, I'll check the entire VTS still in pgcedit (in the preview: preview full domain...
