Yes.

You need Real codecs, Gabest's RM splitter and graphedit.

wav are by default uncompressed. Then you can recompress it to MP3 with another software, like lamedropXP (http://www.google.ca/search?q=lamedropXP&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:fr:official).
