Is there a program that shows the bitrate of each frame AFTER it's been compressed (not while)? Kind of like gspot but per frame.
Also, a bit off topic, but there's this program called Enc that lets you test codec compression very quickly without actually compressing the whole file, but it's outdated and doesn't work anymore. Are there any new programs like this?

ffdshow's visualisation includes a bitrate graph. doesn't give you numbers unfortunately though - just looks pretty.

Hi,
You can try DRFanalyser, has stats + graphing with some numbers here: http://www.geocities.com/analyzerDRF/
Also in very early stage atm another grapher called avibitrategrapher, will be included in videoinspector in the future says the author (kyle Katarn) here: ftp://ftp2.kcsoftwares.com/kcsoftwa/beta/AviBitrateGrapher.zip
Discussion (french forum) here: http://www.unite-video.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=7049&postorder=asc&highlight=bitrate+viewer

AVIBitrateGrapher, which has been integrated in VideoInspector 1.5
There's a VideoInspector Topic on this forum.
