Where can i find a guide or some documentation in English or, better, in italian about this tool?
Particulary i know that if i use avsoptimizer the qmf(i'm not sure if this is the right spelling) option is not needed but why? What's it?

That is because AVSOptimizer will use its own methods for motion estimation, so QMF is a different optimization method.
There are not english or italian documentation about our tool (we have not found any voluntary for translating it). However, SpikeSpiegel wrote a manual for the program in italian. You can find it HERE (http://forum.digital-digest.com/showthread.php?threadid=37480). You even can try to read the manual (F1). It is in spanish, but if you speak italian, I think you will understand it.
Also, you can read or post your doubts about the program in the ARCalculator thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=89424).
Greetings
