is there any way to force 2.35 AR with fixed width of 720 resolution? or with any other resolutions for that matter?

It sounds like you need to add PAR/DAR signalling to your Mpeg4 stream...

You mention "720" pixel width. Can you confirm the pixel height quantity please. And whether you've left the black bars/mattes in or cropped them away?

Use mpeg4modifier to adjust the AR after encoding.

Use mpeg4modifier to adjust the AR after encoding.Exactly... This is what I was going to suggest but only after he had replied to my question ;)

my guess would be that AGK_J doesn't want to force display AR but rather crop movie to 2.35 AR right away...

yes lenox was right...i pretty much just use autogk...wasnt planning for no gk...neways...concerning the cropping...everytime i hear a new opinion someone contradicts it...so what exactly is cropping...its simply just removing some of the black bars to set the proper aspect ratio? if so...what reason if any, do people force no cropping for their avi? also...all the links for the new beta didnt work for me..is it just me? it says the information is forbidden or somn like that
