I'm looking for any information about the FEILEI Surround Encode VST plugin which is part of the VST Surround Pack v1.0 hosted at Needfulthings. The only information given there is: FEILEI Surround Encode: "Encodes a signal to a channel in the surround set. Supports dolby prologic / prologic II encoding." I can't say I'm even sure what the function of this plugin is. When I open a stereo wave file in Audacity and use this VST plugin I get a slider with values of 0.000000 to 1.000000 this is due to the poor way of Audacity's displaying VST parameters. When I use the plugin with Nero Wave editor I see the correct VST GUI for setting the parameters, but I still don’t know how to use the plugin, any ideas?
