mencoder and HE-AAC

Can mencoder produce AAC and HE-AAC streams?

this is from celtic_druid build (i believe its the only one compiled with faac support)
try "mencoder -oac help"

Available codecs:
copy - frame copy, without re-encoding (useful for AC3)
pcm - uncompressed PCM audio
mp3lame - cbr/abr/vbr MP3 using libmp3lame
lavc - FFmpeg audio encoder (MP2, AC3, ...)
toolame - Toolame MP2 audio encoder
faac - FAAC AAC audio encoder

FAAC doesn't do HE-AAC, therefore, neither does mencoder.

also he-aac is simply (lc-)aac + sbr (spectral band replication)
