AvsTimer - W9x mods, rounded fps

Hello,

1) I use W98SE with Avs2.55, Vdub 1.65
It seems to me only mode 0 and 3 are usable for w9x.
Am are right ? ( 1+2 results shows 0 fps only)

2) Dbgview displaying timer results shows rounded fps.
Is avstimer integer only ?
What about slow filters and/or CPU resulting just 3-5 fps ?
It seems VDub status window is more precise in such case....

Kassandro recently added to his AvsTimer 0.8.1 a new avstimerF.dll library.
The only change to original is better pricision for low FPS,
having added one decimal number position.
This is very useful for my slow CPU / filter chains.

Important: Only one of avstimerF.dll or avstimer.dll should be be loaded.
