Cleaning up a WMV file

I've gotten this converted over to HuffYUV format via GraphEdit, and currently have the following settings:

AVISource("hackGU.avi")
AssumeFPS(60) # graphedit doubles framerate for some reason
SelectEven # cutting framerate in half
ConvertFPS(29.970) # becoming NTSC-friendly
Crop(0,46,0,-52)

If you guys look at the WMV yourself (which is what I've got), you'll note just how crappy the quality is. Any ideas?

The original has macro blocks up the wazoo. It's never going to look very good. The only advice I can give you is 1) Find a higher quality source, or 2)Lower your expectations.

Unless CyberConnect2 released some teaser DVD at E3, I seriously doubt anything like that will show. :S
