TMPGEnc DVD Author Bitrate error

How can i change the bit rate because of the error message? When i shrunk i kept the ac3-2 channel

this is because the encoder used (probably cce) put and MPEG header on it that said the bit rate was the rate given....I dunno why this happends but it is nonsense....just change the header to 8M.

Just choose "patch header only" option

works perfectly....use TMPG has not fixed this bug in many years is beyond me.
