Hello

I am trying to find the reduce interlace flicker plugin under video effects but this plugin seems to be missing. I also searched in the plugins folder but it is not there. Is this normal?

I need this plugin so if anyone has it, could you please attach it here? Thanks in advance.

Reduce Interlace Flicker is not a plugin. It should be located somewhere under the rightclick menu when you rightclick a clip.

At the timeline right click over the clip.

Popup a menu and you choose Field Options -> Flicker Removal.

It's not the field flicker removal what I need. There should be an effect under the video effects tab, under video, called Reduce Interlace flicker together with Field Interpolate and Broadcast Colours filters. Only this filter is not there. I installed Boris Graffiti and might have overwritten the plugin cause it happened before with a third party plugin.

Zarxrax, I believe it is a plugin cause it is supposed to be under the plugins folder and should be named something like FilterReduceInterlaceFlicker.prm

If you think you've overwritten it then just reinstall Premiere?

Anyway there was no such plugin last time I checked Premiere Pro (1.5) - its on the clip in the time line. The only thing under Video Effects is Broadcast colors and Field Interpolate IIRC.

As a seperate effect / plugin I've only seen it in After Effects.

Its exactly what I thought at first but when I checked premiere's help, that plugin is listed as well.

I tried the one on the clip but I could see no "effect"!! That's why I would like to try this plugin if it is available, cause I'm not sure now even though listed in premiere's help!!
