Need advice on how to capture from divx

Hi, I need to capture a frame from a divx video to make a business card but am unable to do so using powerdvd's capture facility. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could recommend a program that can capture from divx.

Open the file in VirtualDub and use the Video/Copy source frame menu command to copy the frame to the clipboard. Then paste it into your graphics program.
