http://ww2.nero.com/enu/Patch_for_NVE3.html
Obviously that message came from nero and not from windows,
i tried to install the patch(2mb!) that was deeply hidden in nero's site....
Well, the error disappeared for the mpg movie, but not for all the other avis...

Finally i found the solution
That is disabling in mscongig.exe the NeroCheck exe started on boot in the run registry key.
Do this before to install that patch.

Murphy's Corollary
If something seems just unuseful....will be harmful too.

Another error i got actually is that the option "new text document" when right clicking-->new , disappeared,

I can have new bitmaps or waves or zips, all things i never needed of,
but not the useful "new text"....any suggestion?

Murphy's Corollary
If you have several things and only one useful,
you will lose that one.

Murphy was right!

The TweakUI Powertoy for Windows XP (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx) has the option to create, disable, and delete 'templates', which is the name for the types of things you can create from the 'new' context menu.

When you have TweakUI powertoy installed, go to templates, click 'create', and select any text file.
