Why with HC Encoder it's present the line ConvertToYV12() at all avs files ?

DgdDcode already delivers YV12, I think it's unnecessary.

Usually unneccessary, but it doesn't hurt anything. If the video is already in YV12 then the statment is ignored. And it's a good safeguard to ensure the encoder receives the right format. If HC accepts any format, then I can see it being wasteful in some isntances, but I don't know if HC does.

HC accepts only yv12 for now.
