missing selected subtitles

i just finished backing up the candidate from mamchuria with dvd rebuilder and when i played the movie my selected subtitle were missing which in this case is hebrew and english .

actually in all my dvd-rebuilder project regardless my selecetion in the setup option to remove everthing but english and hebrew it keeps everything , it doesnt bother my much but in this case it didnt save my hebrew or my english subtitles i do have english sub but only because there is couple of english subtiltes type on the dvd.

anyone know why is that and what can i do ?

i dont know why it happened because i did another project same thing and this time the sub came out good.
go figure
