Hello, and welcome to the forum.
Where to begin?
AvidXpressProHD 5.1.4 and below ver is only support windows xp sp2...
Yes, Avid Express Pro HD currently requires WXP Pro SP2, according to http://www.avid.com/products/xpressprohd/specs.asp. That link shows a number of qualified workstations, so if you use one of those, you will be using hardware that has already been fully tested by Avid. Do read the footnotes, there are limitations in configuration, particularly with your HD controllers.
There is also a list of 3rd party systems integrators who can assist you with your installation and integration with other AviD tools, or other software and hardware, to make your editing suite more effective. See http://www.avid.com/forms/integrators.asp.
...because xp only support 2gb file size...
You are mistaken, or misinformed.
Microsoft Windows operating systems support multiple filesystem formats. The filesystems supported under the Windows versions based on MS-DOS -- these days that's W98 and WME -- support filesystems based upon FAT, first used with diskettes. The latest FAT -- FAT32 -- supports large hard drive sizes, but an individual file is limited to 4GB -- not terribly useful in the world of digital video.
The Windows versions based upon Windows NT -- that's W2K, W2003, and of course, WXP -- support FAT file systems, but also allow for a more modern filesystem, NTFS. NTFS does not have the 4GB limit of FAT32. Both WXP and W2003 can use NTFS. But this product is only supoprted in WXP, with limitations.
...so how to crack or cheat it's installer?
Assuming you paid on the order of US$2,000.00 for this product, I recommend you either use a qualified and supported workstation with it, or return the product and get your money back. You could also contact Avid Support http://www.avid.com/support/ and complain about whoever sold you the product without explaining the limitations of its use.
What, you didn't pay for it? In that case, shame on you. This forum is extremely scrupulous in protecting intellectual property rights, and this software is the property of Avid Technology, Inc. I will refer you to http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm -- you agreed to abide by these rules, even if you didn't read them, and Rule 6 states:6) No warez, cracks, serials or illegally obtained copyrighted content! ..avid support in china can not support for this...
You have already been in contact with Avid North Asia Ltd. in Beijing or Hong Kong, and they are unable to help you with this problem? They should have escalated the problem to Avid's headquarters. If you are running it on a supported platform (WXP SP2) then they should support it.
Have you reported your trouble in Avid's web forum?
Have you considered contracting their professional services to help you?
I doubt, very much, that installing on an unsupported operating system will make any difference whatsoever.

In my opinion Avid is just horrible software. It's really picky about every piece of hardware and software in your computer, the only way to be sure it's running is to buy an expensive ready-made system.
Also I heard that Avid support is really bad for Avid Express users. If you buy a few Media Composers or Adrenalines the support will get a lot better

that's an avid issue...Avid only supports AVI 1 thus the 2gig limit...plus avi sucks...you should ONLY use Quicktime files with Avid, better yet you should export as a quitime reference file if staying in the same system or using Avid Unity
true Avid is very picky but when configured right you cant beat it,
I am ACSR|Unity certified and am the Avid Administrator at Technicolor Japan so if you have any questions ask me and hopefully i can answer them...or i can ask my friends at Avid Japan and they can help
if you're having problems with Avid China i can point you to avid japan and they can answer your questions
let me know

There is way to instal some software on unsupported OS, but when you have not .exe installer but .msi. There is software called ORCA which allow disable checking Os system during instalation. It's very easy.
I used this trick to inastal Aspect Hd demo on Server 2003. It works.
You can't do this with Avid Xpress:(
