sorry to post a topic which is only related to audio but not encode. but i don't find another fine place to put it, uh...
generally, people delete voice from a music and then they get the bgm (maybe for karaoke). but i want the voice and to delete the bgm. can some software do this?
and, if i have an off-vocal version of a music, could i demix the bgm from the music?(just the oppsite of mix bgm and voice to a music)

regards,
MeteorRain

extort the musical first, sub it from orginal audio(may have to normailze voice track to fit orginal track),then do an vocal filter.

:(

mmmm,poor effects.

downmixed to mono atfer do sub operation may have better results.

track1:Clannad OST Disc2\08.wav
track2:Clannad OST Disc3\17.wav + 0.29hms

add fx on trcak2:
channel mixer,new left= -100*left + 0*right,new right=0*left + -100*right,total mixer 80

start playback, and toggle the [M] button on track2,lots of backgourd subtract but not all.

then [mixdown to file],add fft or other filter on target track
