Questions about some info panel items

Does the "Frame Type" field in the Info Panel use the Progressive_Frame flag to determine Interlaced/Progressive? I suspect thats how this works.

Is the Bitrate field averaged over an interval or is it instantaneous (ie just for the current frame/GOP etc..)

And now a possible bug....
If you have the Info Panel open and use the Arrow Keys to navigate the video, the Field Order item will toggle back and forth between Top and Bottom. But if you Play or Save a project it displays the correct value.

But if you Play or Save a project it displays the correct value. The info dialog is supposed to be valid only during a preview or save project operation. We need to revamp the info dialog code.

So it's the average over a 64 frame interval.

It might be nice to display the average bitrate for the whole video at the end of the project.
