Cce and mpeg 1

If cce was able to encode mpeg 1. How much superior would that mpeg 1 compared to tmpgenc?

I can only say. TMPGEnc is the best MPEG-1 Encoder at the moment.

I have seen some hacks for mpeg 1 vbr. If u had 6 pass vbr mpeg 1 that be something to see
