CCE-Basic 2.70.01.04 is out! Is it supported?

As a registered user of CCE I just DL CCE-Basic 2.70.01.04.
Can I use it with DVD-RB 0.92Pro?

ah, yep... CCE Basic didn't change how it reads the ecl file so it will work with DVD-RB. I've done about 3 or so movies with it already with no problems.

Out of curiosity, have you noticed any improvements with v2.70 vs v2.69 ? I'm still using v2.69, fear of the unknown I suspect. I haven't had any issues with it so far...

Yes, a little speed boost(I went from 3.9-4.0'ish to 4.0-4-1'ish) and improvements in dark areas/fade ins and outs. But if 2.69 works for you, you still are getting great quality but I like 2.70 better. :D

Well, since I last posted, I've d/l and installed the latest version. Guess I didn't have too great of a fear after all :D .

I'll do a few encodes and see what happens... I can always go back if it doesn't work out ;)

The first encode is under way. I'll also batch up a few overnight and check the results tomorrow.

Update: I did a couple of encodes w/o incident. Guess this version is a keeper for me!
