Shutdown at one-click completion, problem ?

I'm using WinXP SP1,
I think the Rebuilder is failed to shutdown the computer if
the computer is locked, Ctrl-Alt-Del -> "Lock Computer"

PS. I disable the WinXp's welcome screen.

I'm having the same problem (system freezes 5 seconds before shutdown) but only in one click mode , not in batch processing with tick on shutdown at batch completion!!!
