Problems with QuEnc and ReJig

I am trying to back up Star Trek Next Generation series (and about ready to give up) I am using DVDRebuilder. With QuEnc I get great picture quality, no motion blocks, but I get white or colored blocks that flash through the screen for a second, it happens every few minutes. With ReJig I get not real good picture quality and I get motion blocks every now and then. I know from experience that TV shows are hard to encode. I would like to use QuEnc if possible. Does anyone know why I get the colored blocks and if there is a way to set QuEnc so I don't have this problem? If anyone has any advice on how best to copy this tv series please let me know, and please include settings I need, thanks. I wanted to try HC Encoder, but don't see where I select it in setup in DVD Rebuilder

wow 3 posts(2 in DVD-RB section) all basically saying the same thing and providing bugger all information to work from. :sly:

for QuEnc settings try making sure you have TRELLIS and EXTREME settings turned off.

if you want more help than that you need to give more information than that.
