I'm trying DVDRebuilder (so far hate it!) and QuEnc. I have my path set to QuEnc in rebuilders setup, I have it on QuEnc mode. Rebuilder goes through the prepare/encode/rebuild in about 6 minutes. When it's done, my new video.ts folder only has in it VIDEO_TS.BUP some IFO files and a few small vob files. It's like it's doing the menu stuff but nothing more, my final video.ts folder is only about 500 meg. Anyone know whats the problem? I don't see any other posts about this

You don't give enough information to tell what is going wrong. Make sure that when you run the prepare stage the .avs files don't give you an error message and actually show segments of the video (these files will be small in size). Make sure you are using the supplied dgdecode and not a newer one. Make sure you are using the correct avisynth version. Make sure that the source is good and try to see if you can play the vobs in windows. It would appear that something is wrong with the prepare stage if the encode goes by in a few minutes and that is likely the result of the use of a dgdecode (make sure the right one is set in setup under decoder) that isn't supported or an invalid command in avisynth. DvdRebuilder is one of the greatest tools I have ever used for dvd backups. Anyone who thinks it is too complicated should try to back up dvds using CCE and pretty much any other tool out there.

How did you install it?
Did you used the Installer?
If you didn't... do it :)
