Need Help to compiling the CLI version of X264 Encoder

Dear Friends

I have this error( libx264.lib(getopt.obj) : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol ___argv referenced in function __vwarnx)
when i compile the sources of command line version can yours help-me?
I made highest cpu optimizations in the console but when i link
i get this stupid error, if any developer can help-me i release
my optimized CLI
