Is there an application dedicated to solely burning video DVDs, sort of in a similar vein to DVD Decrypter's burning option but it'll work with files as well a disc images?

CloneDVD @ slysoft and Nero but you will pay for the pleasure of using them. CloneDVD is Trialware. I use them as well as DVD Decrypter.

CDBurnerXP Pro is another Freeware option at http://www.cdburnerxp.se

That's not really what I had in mind. I mean a program that is soley or almost soley dedicated to burning video DVDs, not decrypting CSS or transcoding or anything like that. Of course you can just use Nero or Gear or whatever but it's nice to have a simple tool. For example I use burnatonce to burn compilation CDs for the car from my MP3 collection rather than use Gear because it's much simpler and faster whilst Gear is far more versatile but takes a few seconds and few extra clicks longer as a result.
