How to synchronize audio and video in mp4 file

Hi,
i am putting audio, video samples in to mp4 files. But there is no synchronize between audio & video while playing. i need details how to synchronize both. please if anyone know, let me.

The synchronization is a demuxer task, but to provide this one has to have mp4 file with proper time stamps (or indexes). This is a muxer task already. Well, a muxer fulfils a synchronized writing based on either presentation time stamps if it muxes PES or DirectShow sample times.

You have to look after an accurancy samples time stamps..

but it doesnt handle avc
