bugreport: ilvu & main movie only

is the main movie only supposed to work for ILVU?
i tried 0.89 for my favorite source (the incredibles r2)
and got weird results. ilvu segments are totally borked during playback (SW player)
and looking at the ifo they don't look that good either:
1 chapter for each cell (56), where as the original had only 33.
some cells (seem to be all ILVUs) have playback time of 00:00:00.00

another interesting feature are the subs.
i wanted to keep only 1st and 12th stream.
now they are correctly referenced in the IFO,
but when i demux them with pgcdemux, both streams are a bit bigger (filesize) than when
demuxed from the original.

i was also wondering, why do i get other subpicture streams as well,
but this must because of the ILVU segments.
most of the subpicture streams are a lot smaller than the originals
as they should, but the last 0x2F is exactly double sized.

btw. i got following warning

- WARNING: VOB Count Old: 0 New: 26

at the end of rebuilding. what does it mean?
(vob ids range from 2 to 27 => there are 26...)

just an update: the same result with 0.90a

I've fixed this and it will be included in v0.92. I've also made it use the original chapter structure instead of creating it from the existing cells.

You are correct on the other point, the portion of a substream that is present in an ILVU segment is kept regardless of the selection.
