Multiple Angles And DVD-RB

is this still an issue with dvd-rb or can it now do a multiple angle film ?

You can do the vast majority of multi-angle films. But the ILVU sections are kept intact (they aren't reencoded). Occasionally you will run into a source that has a huge amount of angled material (like the entire movie...) -- those won't be supported until shortly before release of v1.00.
