I'm always receiving Email Notification...

now, i'm always receiving email notification whenever someone replies to a thread i participated...and i can't stop this...(of course it can be stopped by changing my email box registed in this forum but i don't want to do like this..)

i have turned Use 'Email Notification' by default? option off in user cp, and even tried to close Send you an email when you receive a Private Message? and Allow Bulletin Board Administrators and Moderators To Send You Email Notices? but it still make no sense...:(

enter the thread in question, then at the bottom of the message table you'll find 3 links: "Show printable version", "Email this page" and "Unsubscribe from this thread" (or something like that.. I never suscribe so for me the option is "Subscribe to this thread").

it keeps as 'Subscribe to this Thread' no matter how many times i click it...

Your "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" is most likely set to ON. "Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in." You want it off.

Another alternative to unsubscribing threads in your user cp page. You can see all threads you are suscribed to. ;)

You didn't read my post clearly...= = i had turned it off before...

and the subscribed thread panel in user cp is empty..but i'm still receiveing mail notices...T_T

junk mail, spam filter; you might get an email notification, but you probably won't even notice unless you check it
