PGC2 - PGC6 are a bunch of duplicate vobids of PGC1.
As is obvious, vobid2 is missing. Would this structure possible?
One more question. Would this disc be reauthored so that the reauthored disc has the exact same vobids & cellids?

Since you cannot author a DVD with a missing VOB either the DVD was stripped of one angle, or the VOB is just not referenced. The right place to look is at VTS_C_ADT, there you can tell is a VOB is missing, or part of an angle.

But this has nothing to do with advanced authoring.

Well, it really is missing, not just unreferenced. The only way I know of to achieve that is by stripping after authoring, possibly while ripping (eg DVD DeCrypter).

I guess that depends on what you call authoring, to me it is from original material, or, at the very least, elementary streams. And advanced is tricky things involving VM, animated subpictures, exotic buttons, etc.

If you are re-authoring, it is not necessary to duplicate the original structure exactly, just so long as it is logically the same (forget the numbers).
