DVDAuthorGui Subtitle Error

I recive a Runtime Error '9' Subscript Out Of Range error at the point right after DVDAuthorGui asks for a folder to store the muxed file.

I stripped 2 separate language sub titles with SubRip into 2 srt files. (I am trying to convert a PAL DVD to play on an NTSC player.)
What is causing this and how can I fix it?

My mistake,
I found that I did not have the font, size and placements for the second srt file in the dva file. This corrected the problem
