Are these blue spots related and/or due to HC0.14? Anyone else getting them? See attachments!

I recently started a thread (Other MPEG1/2 encoder) about something to that effect and it was caused by new video drivers that I had installed. Re-installed the old drivers and the dots all disappeared.
BTW my dots were purple.
You may want to check that.

Do the dots always show in the same place every time you run it?

Just trying to help...
Did you overclock your videocard?
If I overclock my Videocard too much I get those dots (purple in my case)
Again...just trying to help.

Yes they do.
The pictures shown in the above attachments are taken from an avs file opened w/VirtualDubMod . The avs structure is:
LoadPlugin("dgdecode.dll")
Mpeg2Source("prova.d2v").
DGDecode version is 1.1.0 , the dots shows up on TV yet and in the same place every time. My video card is not OCed.
I use to OC only my CPU but it is rock solid @2405Mhz (instead of 1833).
It is an Athlon XP-M 2500 Barton on an ABIT NF7-S Rev.2.0 MoBo w/Nforce2 chipset running fsb=200Mhz and 12.0x Multiplier.
Memory is 768 Mb PC3200 (200 Mhz FSB).
Also I re-rebuilded all the project w/CCE 2.70.2 w/no blue(or purple ) spots!
I think it is Encoder-Related!!!

I've seen white dots (very few) in certain sources and first blamed the codec.. then figured out it was in the source. Since you've already ruled that out, any chance you could encode the same movie on a different machine (preferable one where all components are running at the predefined speed ;) and compare the results?

Backup w/same problem reached #3.
w/CCE no problems. I thought it was due to the color-space (I use YUY2 only w/cce , YV12-default on all others) , so I tried to tick ConvertToYUY2 for HC but same result.
I tried deactivating "Run Encoders Minimize" (It makes CCE 2.70.2 working when checked) but same result.
Help me remove this annoying dots , I like HC and its bright colors!!!
And it is fast and free also. Please help me!!!!
