Here's one for ya...

I made an ISO of "Flying Daggers" (mentioned in another thread)...

Also mentioned in the other thread was the problem with this movie having a 5 minute blank chapter added to the beginning (not DVD-RB related).

I have put the ISO on my laptop and here at work, I "re-ripped" the DTools mounted ISO with DVD Decrypter in "file" mode (selected all files and ripped to a directory) as an attempt to remove the 5 minutes. Now when I process that new source directory with DVD-RB I get the message:

Warning: The input directory is already small enough to fit on a DVD-5. No compression is necessary. Continue anyway?

if I say yes, DVD-RB jumps past the prepare and encode, then I error out with a "runtime error 9" during the start of the rebuild.

Tried each version starting with .88(pro). It looks like this was introduced with version .86(pro). It seems to be working if I go back to .85

Here is the log file (I just noticed how many frames were processed in Prepare phase)...

[12:34:01] One Click encoding activated...

Sorta. It was done differently. It had "Movie and Menus Only" mode. I should probably try the other modes, huh?

I have had many DVDs with a large blank file in them. Just use PGCedit or VOBblanker, both excellent programs to remove it then you wont need to process with DVD-RB at all.
