scenarist error

I am trying to rebuild a dvd after reecoding but when I try to get scenarist to start compiling it I get the following errors

I am guessing it has something to do with subtitles, as it mentions the color palette, but there are no subtitles in the original dvd or the new version, so if anyone could tell me how to solve this problem I would be grateful.

I assume you're using scenaid? I believe d3s7 has solved this issue and I also remember that there was a thread some time ago explaing how to solve this manually.
