Help Accidentally erased DVD titles

Just getting used to my Sony GXD500 DVD recorder. I had copied material off my Sky Hard Drive to a DVD-R on the Sony - worked fine so (foolishly) deleted it off the hard drive. I then accidentally erased the titles on the DVD via the Sony - doh !
Now of course the DVD can't be recognized.
I have tried ISO Buster on my PC- this recognizes the tracks and extracts them as "TAO "- however now I'm stuck and don't know what to do to get them back to a readable DVD.
Any ideas anyone ?

I did not know you can erase off a DVD-R.

There are a few tools available to undelete (http://consumer.execsoft.com/undelete/undelete.asp?RId=1&SId=2&CId=13) from the hard drive.

If you search for undelete through Google or other search engines you can find more choices. It was just that I was a beta-tester for ESI since the days of Undelete 2.0 so I just might be a little biased. :D
