I can't seem to make a .m2v file can somebody help me out. I am using TMPGnc to make it but it just turns out to be .mpg and the program to autorize the DVD is not registering the file. I am trying to make a .mkv file or .ogm to a dvd with menus and sound that kinda things dual audio and selectiable subs. Help plz. Ohh and i can convert the file to anything eles like .avi and that kinda thing thanks.

In TMPG you select ES (Video only), not System (Video only).

Thanks now I have a second question. How do I select that is there a way to unblock those options because they can't be selected and it is stuck on System I think just wondering and I do have TMPGnc plus and it is not the trial verison eather. Thanks.

Click LOAD and select the unlock.mcf file inside EXTRAS dir (I don't have TMPG here in my work, but as far I can remember I'm not so wrong). After that, check if all settings for MPEG2 video are OK.

In case you haven't figured it out already, there are 3 buttons in the bottom right corner of main window: Setting, Load and Save. Click on Load.
