I captured analog anime (Yu-Gi-Oh), and I want to deinterlace/ivtc to play in my computer.
I have apply three filters and I have doubts about the results:

TFM -> blend some mouth moviments
decomb -> blend some mouth moviments but is better if I decrease the thresholds.
mvbob -> perfect mouth moviments
tdeint -> blend some mouth moviments
TMC -> blend some mouth moviments

I have asked in mvbob thread about use mvbob in anime sources and somebody told me it's not recommend because animes don't have motion like real videos. Is It true to latest version of mvbob yet?

My doubt is: Analog captured animes are telecined like DVD anime?

Why don't you just look at the frames and see for yourself how it's interlaced. Sure, DVD anime is telecined (usually) but you never ever assume, always check.
