If you go to to your user cp -> edit buddy list, you'll see a option to see full members list but it's disabled by administrator, dunno why.

Why would you want to see that anyway?

the member list has long since been deactivated. Initially it was for performance reasons (the poor server was being abused more than enough), and I simply don't care for that list. In fact I removed it from the template altogether and I'm not feeling like reconstructing what I removed.
