partial strip menu

First of all, pls have patience with me as I´m non-english and noob.
I´ve worked a lot with DVD Decrypter + DVD Shrink.But feel that its time to improve my skills.
I tried to search this forum and performed search on google, but without geting wiser.

This is what I want to do:

geting the DVD movie to my HD
when I hit the play-button get strait to the stripped menu, bypassing warnings and stuff
strip unwanted subtitels
strip thoose subtitels from the menu
strip unwanted audio
strip those unwanted audio from the menu
after the Main movie finnished I want a menu to apear so I can choose among extras.
shrink so it can fit to a DVD. Shrink extras maybee 50%, while keeping so mutch of the main movie as possible

#1 I know how with DVD Decrypt. For #3, #5 and #8 I´m currently using DVD Shrink, but than I cant maintain the menus...

for #2 there's a guide as well. use search, since i don't recall the URL.

for #7, you need some pgcedit skill, but this is basic stuff...

for #3, #5 & #8 i'd suggest dvd-rebuilder, but shrink is fine as well, if you're satisfied with the quality it gives you.
