Might help if you give a little more info about the source & Encoding method used

Interlaced or Progressive
TFF or BFF
What bitrate did you encode at
How many passes did you use

Much info about the file can be given if you paste the names of the .avs here

paste your .avs please.. it may be worth while to take out the deinterlacing stuff and set batchcce to interlaced encoding .

import("E:\Software\Videokram\Encoding\DoItFast4U\new.avs\addaudio.avs")
LoadPlugin("E:\Software\Videokram\Encoding\DoItFast4U\new.d2v\mpeg2dec3dg.dll")
Mpeg2Source("VTS__01_P01.I-TFF.4~3_1.d2v",idct=6)

AddAudio()
ConvertToYUY2(interlaced=true)

a lot of (pal) concert dvds contain interlaced material. Shouldn't show on your TV though. On your monitor it's a different story. If it's interlaced the field order is very important of course. I would suggest that you start by reading the cce faq and we can take it from there ;)

problem is picture looks strange on monitor after encoding
original materials doesnt have any failures.. so it must be cce problem

how does it look on tv? (btw the part of the cce faq that you may want to look at is the part the tells you how to check for field dominance.)
