Yet another newbie question

I'm wanting to know how I go about burning in VOB files as a normal video DVD I've tried using nero, dvd shrink, iso buster, TMPGEnc (& DVD Decrypter only burns in ISO mode from what I under satnd) but can't seem to figure it out. I've have also searched the FAQ guides & can't seem to find an answer to my question. Is there anyone that can give me step by step instructions on how to do this?

if you have all vobs and ifo burn them on the dvd in teh folder VIDEO_TS
nero is fine, it has dvd-video in it's dvd types

If you used Tmpg Dvdcreator just use its burning tool. It works very well.

If you've just got VOB files, you can use IFO edit (download it & guide here) to create IFO files. I've done this and it works fine.
