I am having problems with my nero upgrade and on the info.txt file it says that I don't have an ASPI driver.
What is it and where do I get it and do I need it?
My pc is an intel MB with an P4 3G processor and my video card is an ATI All in Wonder 9200.
Nero Vision Express is my editing software.
Thanks.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
ASPI, the Advanced SCSI Programming Interface provides an API originated by Adaptec which standardises communication on a computer bus between a SCSI host adapter on the one hand and SCSI (and ATAPI) peripherals on the other.
i think that every windows has ASPI... why dont yours :) ... also i think nero installs its own ASPI ... why dont yours :)
anyway if youre having problems search for ForceASPI 1.7 ... maybe it can help you... ok here is the link http://radified.com/ASPI/forceaspi.htm

If you need to install the Nero ASPI driver, you can get it here (http://ww2.nero.com/us/ASPI_Driver.html).
