Hi Guys,
Just to let you know, that by working on a Quantization Matrix optimizer for DVD-RB, it was discovered that matrices can't use values higher than 127 in CCE SP. Which is NOT MPEG2 compliant, as the standard is a range of values 8-255 not 8-127.....
For example, HVS series is not usable in CCE SP !!! :(
