need some help

Hi guys, needs some help. I am trying to run a .mov file into cce basic for encoding however I need to remove about 2 lines of horizontal video from top and bottom. Can someone tell me a simple way to do this with avisynth.

afaik (i don't own a copy of cce Basic) cce has a crop fuction in some advanced tabs...
