Latest Celtic Druid's patch adds B-Frame Pyramind and B-Frame Bias control and uncomments Configure from the def's file so you can do:

rundll32.exe x264vfw.dll,Configure

and configure the codec.

EDIT: The b-frame pyramid patch is no longer included since Build 157. Look at the changelog for that revision.

Sharktooth, two things:

1) do your reference cli encoder builds support avs input and mp4 output? if no, would be great if you could add this, cause these features simply rock imho (actually an avs -> mp4 encoding tool :D )
2) the libavcodec.bpyramid.7z patch for ffdshow was borked last time i tried it (eg doesnt work with the major dshow mp4 parsers existing)

1) My CLI builds doesnt support neither MP4 muxing nor AVS input.
MP4 muxing is coming as soon as i download the GPAC sources, so maybe in the next builds i will enable it.
Avis input works with cygwin but not with msys/mingw so i dont think i can make it work.

EDIT: I just read avis input is now fixed and works with mingw... New builds are coming.

EDIT2: I need the latest gpac sources since i seem to have problems checking out the gpac cvs (fixed: ISP problem).

EDIT3: Done. CLI builds now support MP4 Output and AVIS input.

2) libavcodec patch works for me (i use the milan's latest ffdshow build dated 03-03-2005).

but anyways, celtic_druid made a new compile from cvs, so it shouldnt be necessary to need the patch anyways anymore once its available on his webspace :)

guys, once again I reiterate that the sticky is not a discussion thread.

If you need to ask questions regarding the builds, open a new thread or use this one now.

@sharktooth: since you are the thread owner so to speak, please make edits in the first post rather than make addendums via new posts.. it gives people a bad precedent and they start posting in the sticky as well.
