Hello all,

I have an avi I downloaded-- fairly good quality South Park video. It was encoded with MPEG-4 and MPEG-3 Audio. The dimensions of the video is 4:3 as:

512x384

I would like to apply filters (to increase quality) as well as increase the resolution to DVD resolution (720x480). I was wondering a) how would I resize it? b) What filters would you apply to increase the quality of the South Park season. If you would like I could post some screens (or even a clip if necessary).

Regards,
joshbm
