In dvd packaging, there are things such as:
keep case
custom case
digipack,
jewel case
snap case
polygram case
tin box..

does anyone know what does it mean?

They're descriptions of the style of the DVD box

Custom case - the manufacturer has build a special type of DVD box.
Jewel case - like a music CD case
Tin box - The DVD box is metalic

etc.
