Statistics for the forum search

Are there any statistics about the words used in the forum search?
i would be very interesed in such!

I guess Malcolm had started this with a truly noble research-mindedness, and look how it's all getting diluted.

I am sure only the mods have the means to answer the question about the most oft-searched word in Doom9's.

I am sure only the mods have the means to answer the question about the most oft-searched word in Doom9's.No they don't. I'm not even sure if there's a way for somebody with direct database access. Imagine storing all queries.. that would create quite a bit of data all in itself..

If done as a flat file, appending search terms would be pretty simple and low overhead. And the size of the file itself shouldn't be that cumbersome. Estimating 20 letters per search, a single megabyte would hold almost 50,000 searches.

If vBulletin's anything like phpBB, it probably doesn't record that kind of stuff.

What I find most interesting in a post, right after the message, are the small tidbits regarding the person posting. Like Doom9's: the cluless n00b, or len0x's: who used to be rogue demon hunter, but now Hartigan, or jggimi, who is Mod of Misinformation.

So, can I ask, why does the head explode?

You can put titles in yourself - go to User CP -> Edit Profile -> Custom User Text

I used to say that when things got too confusing in forums - usually when arguments go too far. Then it became my sig. But that was like a year ago - my head rarely explodes now. I've just forgot to change my sig on these forums...
