is this a problem only i am facing, or is this supposed to happen, because, in recode, we can go upto 128 kbps in he-aac, but if i use oagmachine, in config. in nero plugins, 128 kbps does not go upto 128 kbps, it stays at he-aac only upto 96 kbps, higher than that it switches to lc-aac, ! is there any way to get 128 kbps he-aac , also, what is the recommended setting for 5.1 ac3 to aac conversion, when the movie is being encoded using recode? pls c the attachment
